This is our 5 pound solid stainless steel HMR and measures 2" x 8" or light weight and small size HMR.  It can be used to effectively roll the forearms, hands, calves and feet (and other muscles). It can be used like a foam roller underneath the body giving you a more firm pressure than any other material.
