Service Description

This is a 60 minute introduction to Massage Rolling using a foam roller and/or a weighted massage roller. Massage rolling can reduce stress, pain and muscle tension and increase flexibility, mobility and overall well being. $199 per class includes Massage Roller rentals and up to 20 people.
