Massage Rolling for Pain/Stress/Tension

Service Description

This is a 60 minute introduction to Massage Rolling using a foam roller and/or a weighted massage roller. Massage rolling can reduce stress, pain and muscle tension and increase flexibility, mobility and overall well being. $199 per class includes Massage Roller rentals and up to 20 people. For larger classes, call for pricing. Classes available locally, at your venue or online. Call for pricing for travel if needed. Call for more information and to schedule. Price is per group up to 20 people.
